Lincoln Nathan Johns
Joyful & Loving -
Lincoln Nathan Johns, who was days away from his 4th birthday, of Mechanicsburg and Harrisonville, was embraced by his family in heaven after a tragic accident on Saturday, July 1, 2023. Lincoln was born on Thursday, July 4, 2019, in Chambersburg the son of Nathan Andrew Johns and Jena Marie (Talalai) Johns. Lincoln is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Marjorie Johns, and his two great grandfathers: Robert Talalai and Steve Cooper.
Lincoln’s survivors include to his loving and adoring parents, Nathan Andrew Johns and his partner, Emily Nelson, of Harrisonville, and Jena Marie (Talalai) Johns and her fiancé, William Curtis, of Mechanicsburg; his brother, Colson Johns; his three sisters: Leanna Johns, Harper Johns, and Ada Johns; his maternal grandparents, James and Terri Talalai of Mechanicsburg; his paternal grandparents, Jason and Karen Johns of Mercersburg; his great grandparents: Harold Johns, Barbara Talalai, Jane Cooper, and Debra Stinson.
Lincoln loved spending time with his family. His brother and sisters were so important to Lincoln and he loved them so much. He spent many happy hours with his father and family working outside, building things, and riding his dirt bike. He enjoyed going to Hershey Park and riding the roller coasters. He loved bright colors and his tablet. Food was a special enjoyment for Lincoln and although he loved all food, he especially enjoyed McDonalds and pizza. When he tried something new or ate something especially yummy he would often say, “That’s my favorite”. He was famous for exclaiming, “Oh my God” when something struck him just the right way.
Lincoln was the happiest child and was always excited to see people. His little face would light up when people entered his view and he greeted them with a huge smile and a warm hug. He loved to give great big squishy hugs. Everyone was a friend to Lincoln and everyone who met Lincoln, loved Lincoln. He liked to startle people and then he would laugh. Lincoln is in heaven now, with his family, giving out great big squishy hugs and smiling down on those left behind, until they meet again. Lincoln will be held tightly in the hearts and memories of those who were blessed enough to know and love him.
