Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister -

Anita “Neady” Louise (Martin) Marley-Fox, age 53, of Mechanicsburg , died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.  Neady was born on Saturday, April 29, 1961 in Hershey, to Karl W. Martin and Estella (Keim) Mason.

Neady’s survivors include her loving husband of 18 years, Richard “Curt” Fox; her mother, Estella (Keim) Mason and her husband, Charles, of Landisville, her father, Karl W. Martin, of West Virginia; her son, James E. Marley II, of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren: Kaylinn Elsa Marley, Declan Gabriel Marley; her siblings: Nancy R. Spicer and her husband, Mark, of York, Penny Manotti and her husband, William, of Lancaster, Karla Mull and her husband, Jeffrey, of Landisville, Heather Martin-McNamara and her husband, Mark, of Middletown, Sherrie Grove and her husband, William, of Pine Grove, Tony Mason and his wife, Michelle; her step-children:  Ray Fox, Brittany Fox, and Dan Fox; and several nieces and nephews.

Neady graduated from Cedar Cliff High School as part of the class of 1979.  She retired in 2013 from PIAA in Mechanicsburg, after 20 years of service working as a secretary.  Neady worked part-time at United Cerebral Palsy in Mechanicsburg and Cold Springs Inn in Mechanicsburg.  She was a lifetime member of CCSC Lodge, Inc. , as well as a member of VFW Lower Allen Post 7530 and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 109 .  Neady was a Washington Redskins fan, and some of her favorite pastimes included playing cards, crocheting, and knitting.  She loved her cats, “Millie” and “Sockers,” and Neady especially enjoyed riding Harleys with her husband.

All are welcome to join Neady’s family at her memorial service on Saturday, March 7, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at VFW Lower Allen Post 7530 , 4545 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.  Neady’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship following the service until 4:00 p.m.  Cremation was private.

The family respectfully asks that contributions be made in Neady’s memory to help defray her final expenses.
