Barbara “Barb” Jane (Farley) Grandon

Barbara “Barb” Jane (Farley) Grandon, age 74, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022.  Barb was born on Tuesday, July 20, 1948, in Harrisburg to the late Gerald Frank Farley and Sophia (Evanoff) Troutman.  In addition to her parents, Barb is preceded in death by her beloved canine companion, Sophia.

Barb’s survivors include her son, Keith Eugene Orendorf, Jr. and his wife, Kelly, of Camp Hill; her two grandchildren: Madison Hunt and her husband, Martin, of Lancaster; Maisie Orendorf and her fiancé, Ethan Gehenio, of Manheim; her two great-grandchildren; her five siblings: Michael “Mike” Farley of Florida; Kenneth “Kenny” Troutman and his wife, Nadine, of Coronado, CA; Susan Paup and her husband, Keith, of Lewisberry; Kelly Chin and her husband, Michael, of Virginia Beach, VA; Geraldine Bernardi and her husband, Frank, of Portsmouth, VA; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved feline companions, Finn.

All are welcome to join Barb’s family at her celebration of life on Sunday, September 25, 2022, with a service beginning at 1:30 p.m. all at Moore’s Mountain Church, 1062 Siddonsburg Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.  Barb’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship at The Hitching Post, 854 Moores Mountain Road, Lewisberry, PA 17339, immediately following the service.  Cremation was private.
