C. Elaine (Gates) Junstrom, age 70, of Mechanicsburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 25, 2017. Elaine was born on Friday, December 20, 1946 in Mechanicsburg to the late Paul Revere Gates and Merle Yvonne Gates. In addition to her parents, Elaine is preceded in death by her sister, Phoebe Gates.
Elaine’s survivors include her sister, Janet Gates of Dillsburg; her niece, Heidi Brutko and her husband, Paul, of Carlisle; her aunt and uncle; and many cousins.
Elaine’s family will be remembering her life privately. Cremation was private.
