Daniel Jonathan Solomon, 23, of Mechanicsburg died on Friday, April 27, 2012. He was born in Camp Hill on Thursday, May 12, 1988 son of Bruce Solomon and Janet I. (Griffith) Solomon.
Daniel graduated from Cumberland Valley High School as part of the class of 2006 and attended Millersville University where he studied mathematics. He was a quiet, intelligent young man who enjoyed both science and math. Daniel loved animals and the outdoors. He liked baseball and was a fan of the Atlanta Braves.
Daniel’s survivors include his parents: Janet Irene (Griffith) Solomon of Mechanicsburg and Bruce Solomon of New Cumberland; his brother Justin Solomon of Mechanicsburg; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
All are welcome to join Daniel’s family at his viewing on Thursday, May 3, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 at Myers–Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17055. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 at Myers-Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Alan Echard officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
