Earl Ernest Frady, Sr., age 86, of Mechanicsburg, and formerly of Steelton, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Earl was born on Thursday, March 29, 1928, in Steelton, to the late George Frady and Mary E. (Raver) Frady. In addition to his parents, Earl is preceded in death by one brother and five sisters.
Earl’s survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Beulah Grace (Asper) Frady; his two children: Earl Frady, Jr and his fiancée, Dee Wheeler, of Carlisle; Brian Frady and his girlfriend, Becky Wasielevski, of Mechanicsburg; his four grandchildren: Keith Frady, Kelly Lamancusa, Heather Cheam, Kyle Frady; and his two great-grandchildren, Ethan Frady and Tyler Cheam.
Earl retired from G.R. Kinney Company after 44 years of service working as a laborer. He loved wood-working and spending time with his family, especially going on his annual vacation trip to Knoebles Grove. He enjoyed gospel and country western music and absolutely adored puppies, and Earl’s greatest pleasure in life was camping.
All are welcome to join Earl’s family at his viewing on Friday, January 22, 2016, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with Pastor Ken Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Slate Hill Cemetery in Camp Hill. Honored to be pallbearers are: Earl Frady, Brian Frady, Kyle Frady, Keith Frady, Kelly Lamancusa and Heather Cheam.
