Ellen (Greenberg) Rosenbloom

Ellen (Greenberg) Rosenbloom, age 72, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022.  Ellen was born on Friday, November 25, 1949, in Newark, NJ to the late David Greenberg and Esther (Bookbinder) Greenberg.

Ellen’s survivors include her husband of 52 years, Martin “Marty” Barry Rosenbloom; her two daughters: Marcy Rosenbloom and her husband, Rick Muriby, of Denver, CO; Stacy Paul and her husband, Ryan, of Mechanicsburg; her three grandchildren: Hanna Paul, Carter Paul, Stella Muriby; her three brothers: Joel Greenberg and his wife, Paula, of Monroe, NJ; Leonard “Len” Greenberg and his wife, Eileen, of Monroe, NJ; Richard “Richie” Greenberg and his wife, Carrie, of Springfield, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.

Ellen’s graveside service and burial took place on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Lane, Iselin, NJ 08830; with Rabbi Adena Blum officiating.  All are welcome to join Ellen’s family at her celebration of life open house with sharing and storytelling on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Buhrig’s Gathering Place, 25 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, (717) 766-3421 (next to Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory). Over 100 parking spaces are available; just look for the “Buhrig” parking signs in all of the parking lots.
