Grace Marie (Ferraro) Kothos, 94, of Mechanicsburg , and formerly of Pittsburgh , died at Holy Spirit Hospital on Monday, September 16, 2013. She was born in Brookville, on Friday, October 25, 1918, daughter of the late Louis J. Ferraro and Laura (Falzone) Ferraro. Grace was the widower of Gus Kothos to whom she was married for 35 years.
Grace’s survivors include her loving son, Joseph V. James and his wife Christine of Mechanicsburg; a grandson, Andrew J. James of Lancaster; and her sister, Angeline Russell of McKeesport.
Grace graduated from Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. Grace was always very neatly dressed no matter what the time of day and enjoyed going out with friends. She especially loved spending time with her niece Lauretta Musantry and her family, and traveling.
