Grace J. Tipton, 84, of Carlisle and formerly of Camp Hill died Sunday, July 24, 2011 at the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born In Taneytown, MD on Monday, January 17, 1927 the daughter of the late Herbert and Margie Jackson.
Grace graduated from New Cumberland High School as part of the class of 1945. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Harrisburg Senators & Heat fan. She loved dogs. Grace is survived by a nephew and several nieces.
A private Graveside Service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg with Pastor Richard F. Shover officiating.
