Jillian “Jill” Rae Stech, age 31, of Middletown, and formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 30, 2016.  Jill was born on Sunday, February 10, 1985 in Harrisburg the daughter of John Stech and Barbara (Bowen) Stech.

Jill’s survivors include her parents: Barbara Stech of Mechanicsburg, John Stech of Lemoyne; her brother, Jacob Stech; her sister, Jessica Gregg; and her maternal grandmother, Bertha Bowen.

Jill was a disciplined self-taught hair and makeup artist who was wonderful with her work.  She was gifted athletically and loved gymnastics and cheerleading, at which she was awesome.  Jill had a giving heart and would help anyone.  She had a deep love of animals and would do anything she could to help those in need.  Jill was a very opinionated and outspoken person; she did not hold her thoughts or words back.  She was an absolutely beautiful and stunning woman and she will be remembered as simply awesome.

All are welcome to join Jill’s family at her gathering of family and friends on Monday, October 17, 2016, from 5:30 p.m. until time of remembrance at 6:30 p.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

Contributions in celebration of Jill’s life can be made to any animal shelter of the donor’s choosing.
