Joann Lorraine (Kreiser) Bricker

Joann Lorraine (Kreiser) Bricker, age 87, of Enola, died at home and surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Joann was born on Saturday, February 20, 1937, in Harrisburg to the late David Kreiser and Margaret (Hoy) Kreiser. 

Joann’s survivors include her husband of 58 years, Richard Bricker; her two children: Linda (Bricker) Goodling and her husband, Jeff, of Carlisle, PA, Merv Bricker and his wife, Lisa, of Dauphin, PA; her three grandchildren: Bret Bricker, Jared Bricker, Trisha Kichman; her brother, Carl Kreiser and his wife, Lorraine, of New Bloomfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Joann loved family gatherings where she could showcase her homestyle cooking, especially her coleslaw. She enjoyed cooking meals for her family to enjoy during their time together. Joann loved going out for comfort food, and had a particular fondness for Cracker Barrel, fairs, and festivals. She will be dearly missed by all those who were fortunate to be in her life.

All are welcome to join Joann’s family at her viewing on Monday, June 3, 2024, from 11:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM at Buhrig Funeral & Cremation, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with celebrant Patti Vogl celebrating. Burial will follow the service in St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Enola.
