Josephine H. (Nepi) Dellinger, age 92, of Mechanicsburg, died at home and surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Josephine was born on Thursday, July 19, 1923 in Lebanon, PA to the late Joseph Nepi and Elvira (Capello) Nepi. Josephine was the widow of Anthony F. Dellinger, Sr., who died on January 24, 2002. In addition to her parents and husband, Josephine is preceded in death by her sister and two brothers.
Josephine’s survivors include her two children: Josie Dellinger of Mechanicsburg, Anthony F. Dellinger, Jr. and his wife Mary, of Carlisle; her two grandsons; her three great-grandchildren; and her three sisters.
Josephine graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School and attended Lebanon Valley College. She retired in 2011 after many years of serving several area businesses as a bookkeeper. Josephine’s family will miss her strong spirit.
Josephine’s family will be remembering her life privately. Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville will be at the family’s convenience. Cremation was private.
