Judith “Judy” Livingston Hailey

Judith “Judy” Livingston Hailey, age 77, of Enola, left her earthly life at VibraLife in Mechanicsburg on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.  Judy was born on Tuesday, April 8, 1941 in Tyro, VA to the late John Livingston. Hailey and Florence Amy (Hughes) Hailey.  In addition to her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her son, James “Jody” L. Watson and her two brothers: Mark Curtis Hailey and John Michael Hailey.

Judy’s survivors include her son: Walter Curtis Watson and his wife, Marla, of Portland, OR; her granddaughter: Hailey Watson of Los Angeles, CA; several nieces and nephews; her one great-niece; her one great-nephew; and her beloved feline fur babies: Kiki and Simba.

Judy graduated from Amherst County High School in Amherst VA as part of the class of 1959. Before relocating to PA, Judy worked for General Electric in Lynchburg.  She retired from Berger Associates after 35 years of service as a drafting assistant. While with Berger Associates, Judy served as chairman of the blood bank. She regularly played bingo and earned her the nickname “The Bingo Queen”.  Judy was a huge sports fan and was quite athletic. She enjoyed playing racquetball, tennis, bowling, and many other sports.  Judy was affectionately known as “Uncle Judy” to her loving nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to join Judy’s family at her Celebration of Life Open House on Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 309 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, PA  17043.  Cremation was private.

The family sends their most heartfelt thanks to Grane Hospice who so lovingly cared for Judy during her illness.
