Konstantinos “Dean” John Kritikos
Konstantinos “Dean” Kritikos, age 61, of Enola, and formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Konstantinos was born on Wednesday, June 28, 1961, in Harrisburg to the late Ioannis “John” Konstantinos Kritikos and Vasiliki (Papacostas) Kritikos.
Konstantinos’s survivors include his brother, Kyriakos “Ken” Kritikos of Enola; his aunt, Mary Daub and her husband, Robert, of Mechanicsburg; his cousins: Connie Wonder, her husband, Tim, and their children of Mechanicsburg; Dr. Christopher Daub, Ph.D., his wife, Jackie, and their son of San Diego, CA; and numerous other extended family members
Konstantinos graduated from Mechanicsburg High School as part of the class of 1979. He then attended York College and earned a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and earned his Master’s in divinity from Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. Most recently, Konstantinos worked at PennDOT and performed a multitude of different functions. Konstantinos was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Camp Hill, where he served as a chanter and Sunday school teacher. He was a very kind man who was active in his church and charity work, an excellent chess player and enjoyed going to the movies. Konstantinos was a good son, a good brother, and all around wonderful family man. He will be deeply missed.
All are welcome to join Konstantinos’s family at his viewing on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service beginning at 11:15 a.m. all at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1000 Yverdon Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011; with Reverend Father Michael Varvarelis celebrating. A graveside service and burial will follow in Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Mechanicsburg.
