Larry Antonio Morrison, Jr.

Larry Antonio Morrison, Jr., age 50, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.  Larry was born on Saturday, December 28, 1968 in Harrisburg to Darlene Kay (McCauslin) Morrison and the late Larry Antonio Morrison, Sr.

Larry’s survivors include his wife of 14 years, Deborah “Deb” (Antonetti) Morrison; his four children: Hayden Wilson Flot of Mechanicsburg, Addison John Antonetti of Mechanicsburg, Peyton Kayleen Morrison of Mechanicsburg, Cameron Christine Morrison of Mechanicsburg; his mother, Darlene Morrison of Enola; his two sisters: Lisa Ocker and her husband, Carl, of Shippensburg, Tammy Kemp and her husband, Thomas, of Camp Hill; his in-laws: John and Kathy Antonetti of Camp Hill; and several nieces and nephews.

Larry graduated from Cumberland Valley High School as part of the class of 1987.  He was a self-employed painter under Morrison Painting in Mechanicsburg.  Larry made a lasting impression on everyone in his life.  Priding himself on being a devoted and loving husband, father, and friend.  He enjoyed cars, collectables, hunting, fishing, and being in nature.  Always working hard as a painter and keeping himself to the highest standard.  With heavy hearts we say goodbye to a husband, son, brother, and father who was truly one of a kind.

All are welcome to join Larry’s family at his gathering of family and friends on Friday, February 22, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with Celebrant George Spangler officiating.  Cremation was private.

An open house in celebration of Larry’s life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Larry and Deb’s home.  Everyone is invited to drop in at their convenience and, in Larry’s style, to wear their jeans and a comfortable shirt.
