Luis Oscar Ramirez-Rivera, age 84, of Carlisle, passed away at Forest Park Health Center & Rehabilitation on July 6, 2019.  Luis was born on Friday, November 30, 1934 in Añasco, Puerto Rico to the late Miguel Ramirez and Carlina Rivera.  In addition to his parents, Luis is preceded in death by a son, Jose Ramirez-Muñiz and his brother.

Luis’s survivors include his three grandchildren: Katiria Ramirez-Ramos and her partner, Aaron Barlow, of Carlisle, Adrian Ramirez-Ramos and his fiancé Elvi Väisänen, of Carlisle, Luis Ramirez Ramos and his significant other, Keira Hoover, of Carlisle; and his great-grandson Giovanni Barlow-Ramirez.

Luis’s family will be remembering his life privately.  Cremation was private.
