Mark Lamont Bowman-Swift, age 59, of Carlisle, died at home on Sunday, December 13, 2015.  Mark was born on Friday, August 3, 1956 in Harrisburg to the late Jesse L. Bowman and Carlyn (Crone) Bowman.  In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by his son, David Lamont Bowman.

Mark’s survivors include his husband, John Swift; his daughter, Nicole Bowman of Carlisle; his two grandchildren: Skyler Bowman, Jordan Lamason; his siblings; and several nieces and nephews.

Mark’s family will be remembering his life privately.  Interment in Mount Rose Cemetery in York will be at the family’s convenience.  Cremation was private.
