Marsha Lea (Nonemaker) Eslinger, age 87, of Enola, died on Monday, February 17, 2025. Marsha was born on Friday, November 5, 1937, in White Hill to the late John Bertrand Nonemaker and Ida Alberta (Whitcomb) Nonemaker. Marsha was the widow of Larry “Skip” Richard Eslinger, whom she married on July 18, 1957, and who died on July 12, 2016. In addition to her parents and husband, Marsha is preceded in death by her brother: John Orville Nonemaker.

Marsha’s survivors include her five children: Kendra Sweeney and husband, Kevin, of New Cumberland, Corey Eslinger and wife, Joyce, of Enola, Tracy Eslinger and wife, Leslie, of Loysville, Karen Eslinger of Enola, Kevin Eslinger and wife, Deb, of Landisburg; her seven grandchildren: Shane Eslinger and wife, Miranda, Lindsay Eslinger, Casey Bull and husband Justin, Jessica Quarello and husband, Greg, Sydney Sweeney-Platts and husband, Rick, Austin Eslinger, Megan Eslinger; her six great-grandchildren: David Quarello, Gianna Quarello, Stella Eslinger, Stryker Eslinger, Henry Bull, Grace Eslinger; her brother: Keith Nonemaker and wife, Beth, of Camp Hill; and several nieces and nephews.

Marsha graduated from New Cumberland High School. She retired from K-Mart after many years of service as a merchandiser. Following her retirement from K-Mart, Marsha went on to work in the payroll department at Culligan Water. Her interests included flower gardening and painting, activities she was particularly passionate about during her younger years. She loved to fish and was particularly excited to land several large catfish. Marsha was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Orioles and collegiate basketball, looking forward to March Madness each year. Most importantly she valued the time spent with her family. Marsha was a devoted listener of Rush Limbaugh, who passed away on February 17, exactly four years ago. She will be dearly missed by those who were fortunate enough to have known her. 

All are welcome to join Marsha’s family at her celebration of life open house with food on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a time of remembrance at 2:30 p.m. at Buhrig’s Gathering Place, 25 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, (717) 766-3421 (next to Buhrig Funeral & Cremation). Over 100 parking spaces are available; just look for the “Buhrig” parking signs in all of the parking lots. Cremation was private.
