Nathalee Kichman

Nathalee Blossom Kichman, age 96, of Harrisburg died at Spring Creek Rehabilitation on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Nathalee was born on Wednesday, July 4, 1928, in Harrisburg to the late Charles C. Kichman, Sr. and Leona Wilmena (Shelley) Kichman. In addition to her parents, Nathalee is preceded in death by her sister, Marceline Kichman (Johnson) Darte and her brother, Charles Kichman, Jr.

Nathalee’s survivors include her sister-in-law: Joan Kichman; her nieces: Elizabeth Williamson of Lewisberry and Kandis Kichman of Chapel Hill, NC; Charles Johnson and his wife, Cherie, of Delaware, Michael Kichman and his wife, Sue, of Camp Hill, and Matthew Kichman and his wife, Mary, of New York; her great-nieces and nephews: Michael Williamson and his wife, Lindsey, Jolie Hornung and her husband, Scott, Andrea Magers and her husband, Clint, Rosy Johnson, Carmen Johnson, Arianne Lauver and her husband, Lee, Katie Kichman, Samantha Kichman, Forest Heath, and  Fallon Heath.

Nathalee graduated from John Harris High School as part of the class of 1946. She retired in 1982 from GC Murphy after many years of service working as a Retail Manager. In her retirement, Nathalee worked as an administrative assistant at the Red Land Senior Center. She was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in Harrisburg. 

Nathalee was a kind and gentle soul. She loved her family above all else. She enjoyed listening to music and attending the Harrisburg Symphony. In her younger years, Nathalee liked to garden, ride horses and motorcycles. She always had a camera with her to snap pictures anywhere she went. She was a dedicated member of her church. Nathalee adored all animals and especially her cats. She will be dearly missed by all those fortunate to have been in her life.

Nathalee’s family will be celebrating her life privately at Zion Lutheran Church in Harrisburg. Interment in Rolling Green Cemetery in Camp Hill will be at the family’s convenience.
