Nathan “Nate” Lynn Musser, Sr., 53, of Carlisle , died on Wednesday, June 19, 2013.  He was born in Harrisburg, on Sunday, January 17, 1960, son of John Arthur Musser and Mary Jane (Crider) Musser.

Nate’s survivors include his sons, Nathan Lynn Musser, Jr., of Camp Hill, David Alan Musser of Camp Hill; his loving partner, Catherine Clay of Carlisle; his former spouse, Linda Morrison of Camp Hill; his parents, John and Mary Jane Musser of Mechanicsburg; his siblings, Frances Watson and her husband Kenneth of MA, Martha Peterson and her husband Glenn of Carlisle, John Musser and his wife Donna Kay of Carlisle, Charles Musser and his wife RuthAnn of Carlisle, Robert Musser and his wife Retha of Lititz, Harry Musser and his wife Jane of Mehanicsburg, Daniel Musser and his wife Christine of Mechanicsburg, Barbara Giesbrecht and her husband Gary of Canada; his two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Nate graduated from Cumberland Valley High School as part of the class of 1977 and studied agriculture at Penn State University at Mount Alto. He farmed produce on his own land and tended various markets in the local area. Nate was the former president of Future Farmers of America in high school. He liked to bowl and was a very loving and kind person.

Cremation and services will be private and at the family’s convenience.
