Nettie Ruth (Slack) Myers, age 89, of Mechanicsburg died on Friday, May 1, 2015.  Nettie was born on Wednesday, September 2, 1925 in Broadway, NJ to the late John Hamilton Slack and Adah Eleanor (Stevenson) Slack.  Nettie was the widow of Archie Terwilliger Myers Jr., whom she married on January 24, 1943, and who died on November 9, 2010.

Nettie was a very religious woman with a deep love for her faith.  She spent much time volunteering throughout her life. To honor Nettie’s commitment to health and education, her body has been donated to Pennsylvania Humanity Gifts Registry .
