Patricia (Riley) Greenwald

Patricia Ann Greenwald, (Riley), 74, passed away Friday, April 15, 2011 in her Mechanicsburg, PA home of twenty years after a short illness.  Pat was born in Appleton, WI on  November 3, 1936 and she grew up in Marinette, WI.  Once married, Pat and her husband made a home for their family in the military with duty stations all over the US and Europe.  She worked in the medical field for many years, ending her career in Carlisle as a pharmacy technician.  She was preceeded in death by her parents, Norbert and Bessie Riley, and is survived by her two children, John Greenwald of Larsen, WI, and Ann Greenwald of Mechanicsburg, PA, her sister Orpha (Riley) Skumatz of Vero Beach, FL, as well as five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Friends and family are invited to a gathering at Myers – Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd. , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17055 on Tuesday, April 19 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 5:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Society.
