Patricia “Patsy” Ann (Parker) Kauffman, age 77, of Carlisle, and formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016. Patsy was born on Monday, March 13, 1939 in Philadelphia.
Patsy’s survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, Paul “Dink” Donald Kauffman; her daughter, Sharon “Sherry” Kay Wolf and her husband, James, of Fayetteville, NC; and her granddaughter, Amanda Nicole Wolf.
Patsy enjoyed gardening flowers and spending time outside feeding the birds, even if that meant doing so in a snowstorm. She was a true animal lover; Patsy didn’t have any fear of animals and they loved her too. She was a good canner, baker, and cook. Patsy was so good at canning tomatoes, that she did it for 10 years. Her favorite singer was Patsy Cline and that was where her nickname came from. Above all, Patsy was a sweet person who was deeply kind and loving; she will truly be missed.
Patsy’s family will be remembering her life privately. Cremation was private.
