Patricia “Patti” Evelyn (Shanholtz) Clark, age 81, of Camp Hill, PA, died on Thursday, April 11, 2024. Patti was born on Friday, July 17, 1942, in Harrisburg, PA to the late Leonard Francis Shanholtz and Evelyn Elizabeth (Shetter) Tressler.
Patti’s survivors include her three children: Nita Drumm and her husband, David, of Buckhead, GA, Sandra Swank and her husband, Bill, of Mechanicsburg, PA, Debora Clark and her husband, Angelo Rivera, of Camp Hill, PA; and her five grandchildren: Eric Rivera, Tristan Rivera, Domenic Rivera, Joshua Drumm, and Emily Miller.
Patti was a very loving and caring person who enjoyed helping others, even at the nursing home. She spent many happy hours working in her flower garden. Patti loved to travel, and visited Graceland where she could indulge her appreciation for Elvis Presley music. She enjoyed the Amish, and was enthralled with their lifestyle. One of her greatest joys in life was raising her three daughters and spending time with her grandchildren. She wanted everyone to call her Mom. Her family will fondly remember her wonderfully strong hugs and her world’s best ultra-thin sand tarts. Patti will be dearly missed by those that were fortunate enough to have known her.
All are welcome to join Patti’s family at her viewing on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. at Buhrig Funeral & Cremation, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Patti’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship at Buhrig’s Gathering Place (next to the funeral home) immediately following the service.
