Patricia Ann (Hammaker) Smith, age 80, of Mechanicsburg died at home on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Patricia was born on Saturday, July 21, 1934 in Harrisburg to the late Murle Hammaker and Mary (Hogantogler) Hammaker. In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by her sister, Helen Brown.
Patricia’s survivors include her husband of 22 years, Wayne Smith; her two children: Rhonda Barner and her husband, Bob, of Lewisberry; Gregory Hammaker of Mechanicsburg; and her sister, Shirley Beinhauer, of New Bloomfield.
All are welcome to join Patricia’s family at her gathering of family and friends on Thursday, February 5, 2015, from 1:30 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with Pastor Michael L. Seifried officiating. A committal service will immediately follow the funeral service at Myers – Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory with private burial at Rolling Green Memorial Park in Camp Hill, PA to take place at the families convenience.
