Robert “Rob” John Moreo III, age 27, of Camp Hill , and formerly of Mechanicsburg , died at home on Sunday, December 7, 2014. Rob was born on Saturday, December 27, 1986 in Camp Hill to Robert “Bob” John Moreo, Jr. and Rhea Kathryn (Demma) Moreo.
Rob’s survivors include his loving parents, Bob and Rhea Moreo of Camp Hill; and his sister, AnnaMaria Moreo of Mechanicsburg.
Rob attended Cumberland Valley High School as part of the class of 2005. He worked in the research department at PHEAA on the West Shore for three years and in many area restaurants for several years. Rob was an Eagle Scout and earned the highest distinction, the Vigil Honor , with the Order of the Arrow . As a Boy Scout, he loved camping, and he also enjoyed computer games. Rob’s family warmly remembers his quirky sense of humor, his unique grin, and the feeling of closeness they shared with him.
All are welcome to join Rob’s family at his viewing on Friday, December 12, 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and his gathering of family and friends on Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with Celebrant George Spangler officiating. Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery in Mechanicsburg. Rob’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship at Hoss’s in Mechanicsburg following the burial.
