Robert “Bob” Eugene Rudisill, age 85, of Mechanicsburg, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Bob was born on Thursday, February 18, 1932 in Harrisburg to the late Harper Rudisill and Anna (Miller) Rudisill. Bob was the widower of Irene E. (Fuhrman) Rudisill, who died on October 10, 1978. In addition to his parents and wife, Bob is preceded in death by a sister.
Bob’s survivors include his two daughters: Cara Rudisill and her significant other, Richard Tingley, of Mechanicsburg, Lannay Rudisill of Middletown; his two grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren; his two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Bob was a proud veteran who served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Eureka Masonic Lodge #302 F&AM in Mechanicsburg.
Bob’s family will be remembering his life privately. Cremation was private.
