Robert “Bob” Will Koth, age 84, of Mechanicsburg, PA, died at home on Friday, August 26, 2016. Bob was born on Tuesday, March 29, 1932 in Lancaster, PA to the late Otto Robert Koth and Dorothy Elizabeth (McCloskey) Koth. Bob was the widower of Rose Marie (Nees) Koth, whom he married on February 27, 1965, and who died on June 20, 2016.
Bob’s survivors include his two children: Dorothy Whelan and her husband, Joe, of Camp Hill, PA, William Koth and his wife, Beth Wasden, of Laurel, DE; his two grandchildren: Robbie Whelan, Maria Whelan; and his sister, Mary (Koth) Lutton and her husband, William, of Toms River, NJ.
Bob graduated from Hershey High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked at the Olmstead Air Force Base and later retired from the Mechanicsburg Naval Depot.
Bob’s family will be remembering his life privately. Cremation was private.
