Roger William Crowl, age 60, of Mechanicsburg, and formerly of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. Roger was born on Sunday, April 26, 1959 in Mechanicsburg to the late Marlin Preston Crowl and Kathryn Ellen (Snyder) Crowl.
Roger’s survivors include his two sisters: Patricia Ann Conrad and her husband, Richard, of Hummelstown, Bonnie Lou Guyer of Mechanicsburg; his four nieces: Susan Ripley, Nancy Roeting, Judy Conrad, Tammy Conrad; his two great-nieces: Jill Roeting, Jenna Siville; and his great-nephew, Dylan Galloway.
Roger graduated from Central Dauphin East High School as part of the class of 1977. He retired from the Naval Support Activity Depot in Mechanicsburg. Roger was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church. He was a quiet and private man, who loved reading, animals and music. Roger loved his family, especially his nieces, and they will miss him very much.
Roger’s family will be remembering his life privately. Interment in Rolling Green Cemetery in Camp Hill will be at the family’s convenience. Cremation was private.
