Sue Ann Roth, 62, of Carlisle , and formerly of Mechanicsburg , died at Holy Spirit Hospital on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She was born in Mechanicsburg, on Friday, April 20, 1951, daughter of the late Richard Clark and Lois Ann (Weber) Mentzer.
Sue’s survivors include her loving companion of 23 years, Lawrence “Larry” Weiss; a son, Jack Clark and his wife Nancy of Mechanicsburg; three grandchildren, Ally Clark, Hayley Clark, and Michael Clark; five siblings, William Clark of Goldsboro, Dennis Clark of Carlisle, Freddie Mentzer of SC, Helen Mentzer of Buffalo, Dallas Mentzer of Mechanicsburg; and several nieces and nephews. Among those preceding Sue in death is her brother, Ralph Clark.
Sue graduated from Cumberland Valley High School as part of the class of 1969. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and arts and crafts. Sue’s greatest joy was her grandchildren. “BB”, as she was affectionately called, was there to take care of and babysit them from their births.
All are welcome to join Sue’s family at her viewing on Friday, May 17, 2013, from 2:00 until time of service at 3:00 at Myers–Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, with Celebrant Mary Medkeff-Rose officiating. Cremation will be private and at the family’s convenience.
The family suggests memorial contributions to American Heart Association , 1019 Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
