Trenton Jeffrey Range, 9, of Mechanicsburg , died unexpectedly at Holy Spirit Hospital on Monday, August 13, 2012. He was born in Camp Hill, on Sunday, July 13, 2003, son of Dennis Reid Range, Jr. and Brenda Sue (Partridge) Range of Mechanicsburg.
Trenton attended Lower Allen Elementary School . He played four seasons with Red Land Youth Soccer , three seasons with Cedar Cliff Youth Baseball , and was active in Cub Scout Pack #80 of Mechanicsburg. Trenton was a boy who didn’t walk into a room, he bounced into the room. His favorite words were “I Love You”. Trenton loved swimming, video games, drawing, superheroes, and wrestling and playing catch with his Dad.
Trenton’s survivors include his loving parents, Dennis Range, Jr. and Brenda Range; two sisters, Kayla and Samantha Range; paternal grandfather, Dennis Range and his companion, Sue Ross; maternal grandparents, Russ and Rebecca Partridge; aunts and uncles, Amy and Brian Steigleman, Shane Range, Dawn and Charles Weaver, Pam and Michael Reimers; cousins, Gerald, Karlee, Katrina, Alex, Christina, Chase; numerous great aunts, uncles, second cousins, friends; and his beloved dog, Chase. Among those preceding Trenton in death are his paternal grandmother, Stephanie Range and paternal great-grandmother Mary Range.
All are welcome to join Trenton’s family at his viewing on Friday, August 17, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 and on Saturday, August 18, 2012, from 9:00 until time of service at 10:00 at Myers–Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, with Reverend Logan Garth Swanger officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
The family respectfully asks that contributions be made to Myers–Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, to help defray Trenton’s final expenses.
