Vicki Lynn (Buckus) Cleland, age 74, of Mechanicsburg, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Thursday, August 5, 2021.  Vicki was born on Tuesday, February 11, 1947, in Harrisburg to the late Alex Buckus and Gladys Mae (Kitzmiller) Buckus.  Vicki was the widow of Ross “Jaggers” E. Cleland, whom she married on April 1, 1988, and who died on January 11, 2005.

Vicki’s survivors include her three children: Bryan McClintock and wife, Lisa, of Etters, Scott McClintock and wife, Jamey, of Dillsburg, Stacy Koons and husband, David, of Mechanicsburg; her nine grandchildren: Shania, Joseph, Kayla, Aaron, Matthew, Anna, Michael, Joel, Jeremiah; her great-granddaughter, Maisie; her two sisters: Linda Spriggle, Wanda Gibson; her two nieces and two nephews; and her two canine companions: Lillianne and Bailey.

Vicki was a member of VFW Memorial Post 6704 in Mechanicsburg.  She retired from that VFW and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.  Vicki enjoyed spending time in her garden and visiting with family.  She was a very giving, loving and family-oriented person.

Vicki’s family will be remembering her life privately.  Interment in Mechanicsburg Cemetery will be at the family’s convenience.  Cremation was private.
